Can YOU Burn 1000 Calories in One Workout? Would You Like to?

Can you burn 1000 calories all at once? If you are like most people, the answer is probably NO. But, what if there was a system to take you step by step from a basic 300 calorie workout to a 1000 calorie fat-shredding workout in as little as 4 weeks? There is, it’s called the 1000 Calorie Challenge System.
In this program, Joel Marion and Arnel Ricafranca show a system for systematically changing-up the number of repetitions, weight, number of times a series of exercises is repeated, and the length of rest in-between exercises and circuits. Because Arnel is really good at what he does, the synergistic effect is rapid building of strength and endurance.
The way the program is set up, you only need to “diet” for 3 days a week and eat what you want the rest of the time. Of course, I still recommend eating healthy raw foods at least 80% of the time, as outlined in Eating for Energy, regardless of your workout routine.
Now, here is the best part…If you do these workouts 3 times a week, not only will you burn 1000 calories during the workout, but you are also going to get this crazy afterburn effect and burn 1000 calories in increased metabolism EVEN ON YOUR OFF-DAYS! You cannot help but get lean and absolutely ripped If you do these workouts!
This routine is really flexible as well, because you can progress as fast or as slow as you want. So you can ramp up in 4 weeks or spend twice as long on each workout and take 8 weeks to get to 1000 calories. You also cut back at 600 calories if you are happy with your results.
Finally, this product includes a mostly bodyweight, workout from home option, or a go to the gym and use weights option. They are both effective. Give it a try and let me know what you think.
